Time to Complete Course:  You have 31 days from the date of purchase to complete the course. If you require longer than 31 days to complete the course, there will be options to purchase seat extensions. 

Online Courses Hours of Operation: Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The online courses team is not available outside of these hours or on public holidays. 

Refund Policy: Security Guard Group Limited is not responsible for technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet service provider, browser settings, operating system, firewall restrictions, email filtering, failure to follow provided access instructions, or the user's inability to navigate basic computer functions. 

Refunds will not be issued due to lack of time, failure to begin or complete the course within the access period, forgotten login credentials, failure to review course instructions, misunderstanding of course requirements, or any other circumstance arising from the user’s personal schedule, availability, or oversight.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where a verified and documented platform malfunction is determined to be solely the direct responsibility of Security Guard Group Limited.
